One of the additional benefits of the 6M ProfitMethod membership is meeting other members and taking advantage of their particular speciality.
For sometime I’ve been working to get properly fit again after a football injury and a health issue that required surgery. Feeling under par left me getting tired too easily, putting on a little weight, and more importantly getting stressed and probably raising my blood pressure. For me being in great health is a positive, not just for the obvious reasons but also because I find I have better attention and ability to get “ordinary” work done.
Looking to resolve all of these problems with a lack of available time – pressure of work, demands of family life (including 2 young boys who think it’s fun to jump on Dad’s back when he’s doing press-ups!!) is not easy. But I knew I had to put my health first and be disciplined after a new regime.
Today, I thought I’d download fellow 6M student Jessica Dawn’s free report to help me with my fitness goal.
As it’s free I wasn’t expecting too much but I was really surprised at how useful it’s been to me. Not quite a blueprint for my new regime but certainly full of great tips and information and I highly recommend it to you if you are looking for any improvements in your overall health & fitness. Since that’s probably everybody I expect you all to head over to Jes’s blog right now by clicking HERE
One of the things Jes recommends is drinking more water – I was just off to make a cup of tea – so now I’ll save some time & help global warming by not using the kettle!

Suzie Cheel at Abundance Highway, left a comment regarding my Open or Closed post that got me thinking a little more about this subject.

Have you ever tried to buy a house? In the UK the whole thing can be a nightmare with so many people involved and so many links in a chain something, somewhere, normally causes stress and problems. But when the “right” property comes along everything falls in place. I’ve lost properties that I thought were perfect only to find a better one a week or two later.
I don’t wish to discuss the house buying industry BUT what is important is this…
When you are open to opportunities sometimes it is difficult to follow everything up or to select what you should be doing – which opportunity should you choose?
I truly believe you should choose the path of least resistance.
It happens in “nature” all the time. Electricity doesn’t take detours to get to earth – it takes the direct route. Flowing water doesn’t decide to climb up hills to get to the sea – it just flows the easiest route it can find. Why should a human being be any different?
If something looks too difficult, perhaps there are too many obstacles in the way, then maybe something is telling you it’s just not right for you – for now. When you are in the zone things happen so easily you just know what you should be doing.
I’m not saying everything will always be plain sailing but things do fall in place when you are focused and answers to your challenges seem to appear from nowhere.
Let me know of any experiences you had like this.
